Our branch office in The Hague is headed by Michiel Cramwinckel and Achim Krebs who join us from a global energy and petroleum corporation. Michiel and Achim are dual-qualified European and Dutch patent attorneys with strong commercial and strategic IP experience.

The opening of our office in The Hague connects us with important markets in the Netherlands, Belgium and northern Germany and represents an important development in Haseltine Lake's service offering to our European and international clients. The Hague is the main centre of European Patent Office (EPO) activity after Munich (where we also have a well-established branch office) with a growing number of EPO oppositions hearings held there. The Hague office will be a further centre for Haseltine Lake's highly regarded oppositions practice and will also provide European and Dutch patent and trade mark prosecution services as well as a comprehensive range of strategic advisory services such as portfolio reviews, IP mapping, due diligence investigations and litigation support.
