We are delighted to announce that we will be running a special practical seminar for all Japanese IP professionals whose work involves the filing, prosecution, enforcement or administration of patents in Europe.
The seminar is intended both for those working in company patent or legal departments and in private-practice patent or law firms, and will provide an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and understanding of European patent law, practice and strategy. As part of the seminar, we will be running two parallel workshops which will explain current practice and provide practical information about preparing EP applications in the fields of: Electronics and Software, and Chemistry and Life Sciences.
