On 26 June we held a seminar at Tamar Science Park, Devon: “Fighting Back! A toolkit for businesses and brands under siege”. Haseltine Lake trade mark Partners Jane More O’Ferrall and Martin Krause and trade mark attorney Liz Lowe, provided delegates with practical guidance on how to protect and strengthen their brand, covering topics on domain name registration, the best approach to safeguarding new product concepts as well as a case study presenting the opportunities and concerns for protecting and enforcing your IP in China.
