NEW PARTNER AND ASSOCIATE APPOINTMENTS

In recognition of their contribution to the firm, the partners are pleased to announce that Associate Cristina Reverzani (Chemistry and Life Sciences team, Munich office) will become a Partner of the firm, and Patent Attorney James Ward (Electronics and Communications team, Munich office) will become an Associate of the firm with effect 1 May.
Cristina joined Haseltine Lake in 2006 from an in-house role at a major Italian chemical company. She has played an important part in the development of the Chemistry and Life Sciences function within the Munich office and will continue to do so in her new role as partner alongside Ulli Benedum. Cristina has also been involved in a number of firm wide business development initiatives including the work of the China Team and the US oppositions seminars which HL hosted in Washington D.C. and Boston during 2008.
James joined Haseltine Lake in 2002 and trained with Tim Stebbing and Ben Billington at the Leeds office before transferring to Munich to complete his training with Jim Sunderland. Since his move to the Munich office in 2007, James has played an important part in the electronics function within Munich. He has played an active part in business development activities, particularly in preparing briefing notes and presentations on EPO practice issue for our clients in Japan.
