ITI Scotland was established in 2003 by Scottish Enterprise, with the support of the Scottish Executive. The organisation was specifically set up to plan, identify and commercialise intellectual assets across three market sectors; digital media and communications, energy and life sciences. ITI bridges the gap between publicly funded early-stage research and privately supported commercial development.
HL has been heavily involved in the commercialisation of ITI’s intellectual property assets since 2004, providing embedded and designated attorney support, patent drafting and prosecution work, IP landscaping and strategic advice.
