Client Services: Our industry sector teams are led by partners and supported by experienced attorneys and other IP professionals. These teams have primary responsibility for service delivery and client relationships.

Technical Services: Additional technical services are provided to the teams or directly to clients through support units. These include the Translation Unit responsible for the translation of technical and legal documents, the Information Unit supplying a wide range of information services to both internal and external clients, and the Renewals Unit responsible for the processing of all patent, trade mark, design and utility model renewals.

Management and Support Services: The job of the management team is to create and maintain a highly efficient operating infrastructure and to provide a safe and pleasant working environment.
