Liz joined Haseltine Lake in October 2006. She is an experienced practitioner in all aspects of trade mark work, including advising on the adoption and protection of new marks, portfolio management, conflict management (including oppositions, infringement and passing off), clearance searches and agreements.

Liz trained in private practice before moving into industry in 1999, where she worked as an in-house advisor for an international drinks company based in the UK, and a dairy foods company in New Zealand, advising on all aspects of trade mark law including brand development and protection strategies. She has a working knowledge of Italian, French and Spanish.
