"My favourite invention is the tea bag – providing a quick way to a great cup of tea. The story is that to save on cost, loose tea was packaged in small muslin sacks instead of more costly tins. People started throwing the muslin sacks in hot water and the tea bag was born. "

After qualifying as a chartered accountant with KPMG, Rosamond spent three years as a tutor teaching accountancy to trainee ICAEW, CIMA and AAT accountants. Rosamond is also a fluent Welsh speaker.She left teaching to join the accounts team at Haseltine Lake initially as the Financial Controller and now as the Chief Financial Officer.
