"

Simon joined Haseltine Lake having previously worked for a number of years at a London firm of Patent Attorneys.

A Physics graduate, Simon works mainly in the mechanical field, although he has had experience of handling subject matter in areas as diverse as scaffolding technology, medical devices, water-pipeline coating compositions, stationery products, fibre-optics and RFID tagging, as well as software-based inventions.

Simon also has considerable experience advising clients in relation to registered designs and design right. He is a member of the Designs & Copyright Committee of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents.
