We want to create an ethos of tolerance and inclusion that goes beyond the anti-discrimination legislation and allows us to value everyone’s potential and to assess everyone purely on merit.

We are one of the founder members of ‘IP Inclusive’ – an industry-wide group committed to raising awareness and improving equality, diversity and inclusivity in the IP community. It includes industry organisations such as the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA), the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) and the UK Intellectual Property Office (UK IPO).

We have been involved in IP Inclusive from the outset in 2015 and are proud to be one of the first signatories to the IP Inclusive Charter, having made a public commitment to supporting and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in the IP profession.
